You don't have to do it alone.

Recovery isn't always straightforward. Our aim is to provide a safe, supportive and structured environment where people can take things one day at a time.

Small steps matter.Progress doesn't have to be perfect.

Weekly reflection

THE “ONE GOOD THING” MEETING

Sometimes recovery begins with something very small.

“What is one thing you felt good about this week?”

It could be getting through a difficult day, attending an appointment, making a healthy choice, helping someone, getting outside, asking for help or simply showing up.

If someone can't think of anything, that's okay. The group can help identify one small positive action or act of kindness to try before the next session.
